Mecolor® effect pigments with excellent temperature resistance are suitable for those resin systems of PP, PS, PVC, PE, PET, ABS and nylon as well as normal processing technics such as injection, blow moulding, extrusion and casting.

Injection:
The design of mould is a key point, such as the choice of injection mouth, flat and smooth surface, averaged sharp-face chunnel. 
Generally, adopt shear screw with lower power, higher injection temperature ( the limit of plastic resin ) and high pressure to inject.
 

Extrusion:
The extrusion mouth should be flat, smooth and averaged. 
Generally, the processing temperature is top limit of plastic resin.
Blow moulding:
The appearance of mould should be flat and smooth, the speed of air pressure and air coming should be balanced.
